“Soon after we arrived and moved our stuff in, the A/C unit broke. It was over 100 degrees outside. The front desk attendant was courteous and helpful, but he was unable to fix it. He said there was no one he could call to help and they couldn’t move us to another room, so we packed up all of our things and found a different hotel that we ended up liking much better anyway.”

“I rarely write poor reviews, but I feel this circumstance deserves to be shared. We rented the property for two nights in September. Upon entering the rental, we noticed the floor could have used a more thorough cleaning, but no big deal. As we were settling in for the evening, my husband bent down to pick a couch pillow off the floor. Under the couch he spotted a mouse on a sticky trap. Gross, but we just placed it outside. “The stairs to the 2nd floor were scary to say the least. They were deteriorating one step had collapsed onto the other. I think people lived there. They were bbqing outside the door of the room. The charcoal smell came into my room. The room and staff were good.”

“Refreshing change from a hotel! There was some dirt/dust in a few spots, and hair on the floor and even walls… Keurig machine handle was broken. TV had streaming (PlutoTV or similar) channels but no local channels or major networks. Very scenic and woodsy and nice to get away from noisy downtown streets and highways. However, there was only one other unit that was occupied when I stayed, and for whatever reason they decided to put us next door to one another instead of spacing us out a bit,...

“Owl Hollow Enchanted Cottage was the perfect place for our stay! The Disney theme was so fun, my kids were entranced when we walked in. It was the perfect amount of space for our family and so much better than cramming into a hotel room together. Communication with the host was very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend staying here when you are in the area.”

“This cabin was so homey and had some great views of the Tushars! It is so close to the main slopes and makes it pretty close to ski in ski out (all you gotta do is cross the road and you are practically on a run).The cabin has all the amenities you could need and it is equipped with a super nice hot tub great for relaxing and recovering after a day on the slopes. Just a perfect little place! ”
